Our Christchurch team have been severely affected by the current Omicron outbreak. As a result, the majority of our Customer Service team are either working remotely or redeployed to other areas of the business.

For the foreseeable future we will be unable to take phone calls into our Christchurch branch. We are still able to respond via email so please if you need to make urgent contact with our Customer Service team, please email to christchurchcs@posthaste.co.nz and they will respond accordingly.

Re-instatement of the NOW Same Day Service

Dear Customer,

We would like to thank you for your continued support, particularly during this extended period of uncertainty and significant impact of the current situation on New Zealand businesses.

While the Omicron strain meant fluctuating levels of staff and contractors over the last three weeks, NOW Couriers has been able to keep our overnight local services in Auckland, as well as our outside of Auckland services, flowing as per usual.

We did suspend our Auckland Local Same Day Service on 14th March, initially for four weeks. We have reviewed this situation regularly and will be resuming this service on Monday, 4th April, one week earlier than expected.

We will be accepting Same Day freight from Monday morning 4th April and will be providing our customers with the high levels of service they expect from NOW Couriers.

We do understand the impact that the suspension of this service has caused – we apologise, and we are doing our utmost to keep New Zealand moving.
