Card Left
If you were out when we tried to deliver your item your courier will have left a card for you. Use the details on the card to arrange for collection, redelivery or redirection of your item.
- There is no cost for item pick-up from your local NOW Couriers collection point.
- If you request a signature on redelivery this will incur a charge.
- There is no charge for redelivery if you give us permission to leave without a signature (you can specify a safe place for us to leave your item).
- Many of our customers find delivery to their work address the most convenient option.

You have three options for receiving your item.
- Collection from our branch: You may choose to collect your item from your local NOW Couriers branch.
- Redirection: You may choose to have the item delivered to an alternative address (i.e. your workplace)*.
- Redelivery: You may choose to have the item redelivered to the same address*.
*An additional charge may apply should you require a signature on delivery arranged with special instructions.
