Who can use the self-service portal?

All NOW Couriers customers are able to utilise our self-service portal. While all tracking information is always available via the website, the self-service portal provides a level of enriched consignment and tracking visibility for manifest customers. This is the advantage of electronic manifesting systems – the data is readily available to display back to you. Prepaid customers will be able to carry out all regular courier functions, but there are limitations as to consignment visibility for consignments that are not electronically manifested.

How do I get set up to use the self-service portal?

If you are not already set up, contact your Sales Rep, or contact Customer Services. You will receive an email asking you to complete registration. Once you’re set up, you’ll have access to all the functionality you need as a NOW Couriers customer.

I’m having issues with my portal account, what should I do?

Give your sales rep a call and they’ll sort you out as soon as possible.

I’ve got an idea for a new feature in the portal, how can I provide feedback?

At the bottom right of the screen you will find a feedback tool where you can submit new ideas or any general feedback. We regularly review customer feedback and actively encourage it. Your feedback enables us to continuously improve our products and services.
